TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a commission from me you agree to be purchasing my services only.
If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me
GENERAL TERMS
★ The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.★ The artist retains all rights over the commissioned artwork.★ The artist will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer breaks any of the terms.★ The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in portfolios as well as in publications such as art books.★ Always credit when uploading the commissioned artwork online.★ The customer may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.★ The customer may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.), rights must be purchased for commercial use.★ The customer may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes
PROCESS
★ A general or set timeline can be set by the client while negotiating the commission.★ Progress check-ins will be made when there's significant progress on the commission, the client will then be asked to provide feedback on the piece.★ Files will be delivered in a Google Drive Folder★ After the delivery, two revisions will be availablw★ If any instances where pieces may take longer to be completed, this will be communicated with the client, as well as constantly updated.★ A tight deadline may be subject to a Rush Fee.
PAYMENT
★ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.★ A design fee applies for vague/no image reference, or any aspect of the commission that has to be designed by the artist
REFUND POLICY
★ Once the client gets notified when the commission has begun, rights to a refund are lost.★ The buyer is not allowed a refund once the artist has started working on the commission.★ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.★ If for any reason that the commission is unable to start, the client will receive a full refund.
COMMERCIAL TERMS
any actions that will make a profit out of the artwork such as:
- promotional posts advertising products, events, streams
- video thumbnails, stream layouts, overlays
- reproduction of merch
- etc
★ Commercial rights will cost triple of the final price!
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.★ Credit is still REQUIRED for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited, the customer will NOT take credit from the artwork
